Douglas Kouffie came to the United States from Ghana at the age of 18 on a scholarship to attend college. He enlisted in the US Army shortly afterwards and earned citizenship through the Army. He graduated from Eastern Washington University with a double Major in Criminal Justice and Military Science with a minor in sociology.
Douglas then continued on to Law School at the University of Idaho where he earned a Juris Doctorate. While in Law School, he stared a real estate investment company which later grew into a construction/Real estate development firm specializing in land acquisition, development and spec home construction.
Douglas acquired Diamondback Legal in September of 2021 and hopes to leverage his business, social and cultural experiences to help the firm’s clients achieve their legal goals.
Greg has represented a vast number of clients in business, civil litigation and real estate matters during his career as an attorney in Arizona. Greg looks at his role as a problem-solver, not just an advocate, for his clients. He takes his clients’ interests to heart and understands hiring an attorney is an important decision for most people, and he takes that responsibility seriously. Greg will use his experience and knowledge to assist you in making the right decisions for your particular legal matters. He received his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, and his law degree from Pepperdine University in Malibu, California. He is licensed to practice in all Arizona state and federal courts. He is a long time Arizona resident and enjoys time with his family in various outdoor activities.
Gisselle is the receptionist at Diamondback Legal and is a fluent Spanish speaker that has been raised in Arizona. Growing up, Gisselle experienced how strenuous life can be as an immigrant and she has used that to motivate her to major in Criminology and Criminal Justice, while also completing her minor in Social Welfare at Arizona State University. Gisselle is a graduate student studying for a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice at Arizona State University. She is planning to further her education by attending Law School.
Gisselle has had an undoubtable passion for criminal justice reform and has maintained that passion since she was a young girl. She has dedicated her time and effort to continue learning more about the legal system in hopes of furthering this passion.
Additionally, she has utilized her skill of speaking Spanish fluently to help people who are facing the hardship of the legal system. Gisselle has obtained experience in direct care giving and successfully executing service plans for individuals with severe mental disabilities with criminal history.
Marcos has focused his career on business litigation and development. He is a multicultural, and multilingual professional with a broad spectrum of language skills, including Spanish and English fluency, while also maintaining partial speaking abilities in French, Portuguese, Japanese and Chinese.

Marcos is an electronics engineer, with a Master Degree in Industrial Management, trained in quality and statistics, and a license to practice law in the state of Arizona. Marcos heads one of several business litigation department at Diamondback Legal and provides a vigilant advocacy for all of his clients in all phases of business.”
OLayn Leonardio Garcia Cinco is an attorney from Mexico that is currently dedicating his time to cases at Diamondback Legal. He grew up in Puerto Penasco and is bilingual in Spanish and English. Before joining Diamondback Legal, Leonardio had his own practice in the areas of real estate, business, civil rights, and federal law. He is eager to learn more about immigration and has a passion for connecting with the Hispanic community.

Associate Attorney Julia Kline represents firm clients on all types of immigration matters. Before joining Diamondback Legal, Julia was a business attorney in the Boston area and advised business owners and entrepreneurs on corporate finance and general business matters including compliance with federal and state securities laws and regulations when fundraising and working with investors. Julia has also represented clients in business disputes including in litigation involving small corporations, partnerships, and investor funds. Julia earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School (Los Angeles) where she was a senior editor of the Loyola Law Review. Julia earned her B.A. in Government and International Politics from George Mason University. Julia is admitted in the federal and state courts of Massachusetts and is awaiting admission in Arizona.
Allison Shilling studied Law and Justice and obtained her bachelor’s from Central Washington University. She moved to Phoenix after graduating in theSpring of 2020. After obtaining a position working in immigration, she now aims to pursue her passion for law. Beginning her journey to law school, Allison is currently studying and applying for different schools. She is passionate about gaining more experience and provide a helping hand.
Allison’s passion for law arose when she met her attorney when in the foster care system. She realized how much of an impact a legal advocate can have to those in need and wants to continue to grow to become that voice for our clients. Allison believes that every person deserves to have a voice and create their own path and life and is passionate about immigration law.
