At age 11 Gabriel Vadasz and most of his family moved from South Africa to the United States. Unfortunately, some family members were required to undergo the process from the beginning due to age restrictions. After experiencing the extremely strenuous process first hand, Mr. Vadasz developed a passion for fixing a system that is seemingly broken. As such, he has dedicated the bulk of his legal career to helping others stuck in the same process.
Gabriel Vadasz is an experienced entrepreneur and venture capitalist in various sects. Prior to taking on his role as a founding attorney for Diamondback Legal, Mr. Vadasz has navigated through over 30 different businesses, not including those encompassed by Venator Investment Group. Throughout his tenure at Venator Investment Group, Mr. Vadasz helped over a hundred companies get incorporated, issue shares, market, analyze data, close and progress with customer acquisitions and negotiate for the best business strategy positioning.
Mr. Vadasz obtained his undergraduate degree in 2014 from Northern Arizona University in Criminal Justice and Political Sciences. While attending Northern Arizona University Mr. Vadasz also formed and managed several companies within the food industry. After the sale and acquisition of one of his companies, Mr. Vadasz chose to pursue his Juris Doctor degree from Arizona Summit Law School. In 2018 he graduated in the top 35 of his class and passed the bar exam.
Simon Touma is an Associate Attorney with Diamondback Legal. Mr. Touma completed his Bachelors degree at Kent State University and thereafter earned his Juris Doctor degree at the University of Massachusetts School of Law at Dartmouth.
While in undergrad, Mr. Touma worked for the Adult Probation Department and was the Assistant Bailiff to the Honorable Judge Kathryn Michael at Akron Municipal Court. Mr. Touma’s passions for the law and legal representation continued into law school where he formed and became President of the Criminal Law Society. After law school Mr. Touma worked in the oil and gas industry and tapped into his entrepreneurial passions. Mr. Touma developed, patented and licensed a product for the golf industry that is currently being sold all over the world. Mr. Touma focuses on complex business litigation matters and helping companies meet their objectives. Mr. Touma also focuses heavily on class action cases for Diamondback Legal, helping consumers seek remedies through the judicial system. Additionally, he aids these cases with a unique perspective that encompasses securities law.
Before joining Diamondback Legal, Mr. Touma was in private practice and practiced at another Phoenix law firm. Mr. Touma has a diverse background of experience ranging from litigating tort claims in the insurance defense industry, wrongful death and probate cases, to business entity formation, contract negotiations, royalty negotiations, nondisclosure and confidentiality agreements, exclusivity agreements and product development and licensing.
Mr. Touma is licensed to practice law in the State of Arizona.
Marcos has focused his career on business litigation and development. He is a multicultural, and multilingual professional with a broad spectrum of language skills, including Spanish and English fluency, while also maintaining partial speaking abilities in French, Portuguese, Japanese and Chinese.
He thrives at the intersections of business, technology, law, and creativity. A business and trademark attorney, social investor, marketer, roboticist, engineer, contracts negotiator, business connector. Marcos enjoys working with a broad spectrum of clients and industries from the creative classes helping them protect their business and intellectual property rights. With extensive experience in high tech and international business, Marcos helps startups and entrepreneurs all over the world achieve their dreams. Marcos area of expertise includes contract drafting, reviewing and negotiating, including sales, purchase, technology licensing, trademark licensing, talent representation, RFP/RFQ, internet domain protection, confidentiality agreements, strategic alliances, copyrights, US and International trademark selection and protection, and many more.
Marcos is an electronics engineer, with a Master Degree in Industrial Management, trained in quality and statistics, and a license to practice law in the state of Arizona. Marcos heads one of several business litigation department at Diamondback Legal and provides a vigilant advocacy for all of his clients in all phases of business.”
OLayn Leonardio Garcia Cinco is an attorney from Mexico that is currently dedicating his time to cases at Diamondback Legal. He grew up in Puerto Penasco and is bilingual in Spanish and English. Before joining Diamondback Legal, Leonardio had his own practice in the areas of real estate, business, civil rights, and federal law. He is eager to learn more about immigration and has a passion for connecting with the Hispanic community.
Leonardo believes that all people possess the right to freedom and respect and as such thrives to work tirelessly for our clients to help provide them with the lives they deserve. Leonardo understand that every client has individual needs and a unique case and takes a hands-on approach to providing them with the best care possible. He is eager to gain more knowledge in the field of immigration and help people in need.
Associate Attorney Julia Kline represents firm clients on all types of immigration matters. Before joining Diamondback Legal, Julia was a business attorney in the Boston area and advised business owners and entrepreneurs on corporate finance and general business matters including compliance with federal and state securities laws and regulations when fundraising and working with investors. Julia has also represented clients in business disputes including in litigation involving small corporations, partnerships, and investor funds. Julia earned her J.D. from Loyola Law School (Los Angeles) where she was a senior editor of the Loyola Law Review. Julia earned her B.A. in Government and International Politics from George Mason University. Julia is admitted in the federal and state courts of Massachusetts and is awaiting admission in Arizona.
Allison Bignall studied Law and Justice and obtained her bachelor’s from Central Washington University. She moved to Phoenix after graduating in theSpring of 2020. After obtaining a position working in immigration, she now aims to pursue her passion for law. Beginning her journey to law school, Allison is currently studying and applying for different schools. She is passionate about gaining more experience and provide a helping hand.
Allison’s passion for law arose when she met her attorney when in the foster care system. She realized how much of an impact a legal advocate can have to those in need and wants to continue to grow to become that voice for our clients. Allison believes that every person deserves to have a voice and create their own path and life and is passionate about immigration law.
Martha and her family set foot in the United States in 1997 from Mexico. She grew an interest in legal at an early stage in her education and began helping veterans with their legal VA disability claims. Martha’s passion for immigration shortly followed. Her migration to the United States came with a plethora of struggles. She understands the hardship that certain situations can have on families. She wants to help give families a fighting chance to have their voices heard.
Martha Morales recently moved from Florida to Arizona to continue her education in legal studies. She is currently in the process of graduating from Hillsborough Community College. She volunteered in her spare time with numerous programs in Florida and hopes to continue to give the helping hand in Arizona.
